Description: 24 inch barrel chambered in 30 GOV. 06 caliber with a very good bright bore. Barrel, frame and barrel bands all retain about 95% blue with just light edge wear. Bayonet lug has been removed from the front barrel band leaving a smooth surface. All markings are crisp and clear. Original sights Crisp tight action. Wood is in very good condition as well with just a sliver missing on the right side at the frame. This handsome 1895 musket will be the perfect addition to your collection.
