WINCHESTER MODEL 43 BOLT ACTION RIFLE IN 22 HORNET

Description:
24 inch tapered barrel with an excellent bore. The metal surfaces retain near 95% original blue with some thinning around the muzzle. The receiver is factory drilled and tapped on the left-side for an aperture sight, Has a hooded ramped bead front sight with rear sight removed to accommodate Weaver K6 60-BI fixed power scope with clear optics mounted on Weaver rings. Checkered walnut capped pistolgrip stock is very good with light handling marks and a checkered metal buttplate. Very nice first-year-production rifle manufactured in 1949.
