Winchester Model 52 Sporter

The 52 Sporter is one of Winchesters two finest bolt actions with a first class design and fine construction (the other is the Model 70). The 52 has been called the King of the .22 rimfire.  It is in excellent shape because it was not used very much.  I rarely shot it over the 50 years of ownership.  I believe this Sporter was converted from a target model, but both Sporter barrel and gunstock are in mint condition.
The stock has quick disconnect swivels, but this one does not come with a leather strap.  As can be seen from the photos the stock is in excellent shape with barely any small scratches or marks.  The rifle bore is shiny and bright and the barrel is drilled and tapped for a scope mount. The rest of the rifle has 98% blue.
