Description: SOLD TO EVERETT *******HARD TO FIND PREWAR MODEL 64 CARBINE , ACCORDING TO THE SERIAL NUMBER MADE IN 1935.A VERY EARLY CARBINE CORRECT SIGHTS, 20" BARREL,BEAUTIFUL BORE AND RIFLING , ORIGINAL FACTORY FIGURED WOOD. NICE TIGHT GUN. THE BARREL AND MAG TUBE HAVE SOME FINGER PRINTS THAT HAVE ETCHED THEIR WAY THROUGH THE BLUE. ( MOST LIKELY BLOOD STAINS ) PLEASE SEE PHOTOS , THEY WILL NOT CLEAN . IF THEY ARE BOTHERSOME I THINK THE BARREL WOULD HAVE TO BE REBLUED. THEY NEVER BOTHERED ME AND THE GUN IS RIGHT ON . LOOKS LIKE A COAT OF VARNISH (NICE JOB) WAS APPLIED AT ONE TIME BUT NOT SANDED.
