Pre 64 Winchester Model 70 358 Featherweight Outstanding RARE!

Description:
Beautiful and ultra scarce .358 Featherweight! S/N 334*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1955. 99% Blue on steel. The aluminum components of bottom metal and buttplate show slightly more wear, 97% Varnish with a few scattered handling marks and a surface scratch near buttplate. An extremely clean rifle inside and out, with great fit, great mechanics and a nice bore. Barrel is 22". Factory correct LOW COMB stock and the taller 22K rear sight. There were only 2,000 .358s ever made and many were recalled due to a feeding/extracting issue resulting in even fewer legitimate examples out there. They seldom ever surface and when they do are more often than not a mess of incorrect or fabricated components. This is the real deal and would be difficult to improve upon.
