Pre 64 Winchester Model 70 Transition era 30-06 Excellent!

Description:
Beautiful transition era '06 made in mid 1948. Mostly post war configuration and finishes by this time but still wears the unique transition aka "rabbit's foot" or "clam shell" safety. S/N 87*** with matching scribed bolt. 24" barrel. Excellent condition showing 98% plus Blue and 97% Varnish with just a few very minor handling marks. Minty bore and flawless mechanics. A very high condition and disireable rifle in terms of production period but without the significant Pre War price premium.
