Description:
This Griffin & Howe custom rifle built on a pre-64 Winchester Model 70 action, chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum. The receiver, barrel, and floorplate are beautifully engraved with fine scrollwork, complemented by gold inlay game scenes on the floorplate and trigger guard.
The rifle features a classic three-leaf express sight mounted on a quarter rib, along with a barrel band sling mount. It is fitted with a Niedner-style checkered steel buttplate with trap and a skeletonized pistol grip cap, highlighting its traditional custom craftsmanship.
The stock is crafted from finely figured walnut, expertly checkered, and features a left-hand cheekpiece on a right-hand action, adding a unique and distinctive touch. A Leupold 2.5–8x scope is mounted on quick-detach bases, making this rifle both elegant and highly functional.
