Description: "WE NEED INVENTORY. WE BUY, TRADE & CONSIGN QUALITY FIREARMS ". Serial number 1662 manufacture in August of 1936. The original blue finish is very nice as is the original finish on the wood showing light handling marks. Unfortunately the bridge has been drilled and a filler screw has been installed. Bore is shiny with good rifling. I believe the sight is period correct and I am not educated enough to know if it was installed in the factory or not. Bolt matches 1662. Attractive early gun.
