Winchester Model 70 Featherweight Pre-64 30.06 Springfield - 1957 Excellent Cond

Description:
Beautiful, well-cared-for 1957 Winchester Featherweight 30.06 Springfield.  This gun is a tack driver.  The metal is excellent and the wood is in great shape with a small sliver taken (pic 15) out to facilitate a Lyman peep sight in the past keeping it from an excellent rating.  It has a dark oil finish,  The rifling is strong and sharp.  It has the original sights and has an aluminum floorplate and buttplate.  It is shown with a Leupold XV 2 3-9x40 rifle scope that can be added for an additional $200.  It has screw-on aluminum lens covers and is in like new condition.

The finish shine is from Howard's wood conditioner and polish.  Stock is original finish.
