Description: Winchester Model 70 Super Grade Pre-64 .375 H&H 25" Barrel 13 1/2" LOP 8lbs 12oz Super Grade Sling Swivels and Sight Hood included. Threaded Muzzle with Cap. Mfg. 1962 Metal is in very good to excellent condition. There are minor scratches, handling marks and edge wear. The muzzle has been threaded for a brake, and a thread protecting cap added, (no brake included). Stock is in very good to excellent condition, with minor dings, scratches and handling marks. There has been a fine crack at the tang and the stock has been glass bedded to rectify the problem. There is a silver escutcheon that has been inletted into the forearm around the barrel screw. The red recoil pad is a replacement. Bore is very good to excellent.
