Winchester Model 75 Sporter, Cal. .22 LR

Description:
The Winchester Model 75 Sporter was made from 1938 to 1958 and considered by many as the poor mans Model 52 Sporter.  The rifles were fitted with a 24 inch tapered barrel, open sights, detachable magazine, checkered walnut pistol grip stock with hard rubber pistol cap, sling swivels, and steel butt-plate, and were chambered in .22 LR.  This Model 75 is as described and is in fitted with a hooded front sight and Lyman peep target receiver sight.  The rifle is in excellent condition, retaining 97% of its blue finish, with most loss/thinning on the butt-plate.  The barrel, trigger guard, and receiver have been refinished, with some over polishing and partial removel of the Winchester stamp on the barrel and Winchester Proof stamps on the barrel and receiver.  The bore is excellent and bright, with sharp rifling, and the action functions perfectly.  The stock retains most all of its original finish, with only some assorted very minor handling marks and scuffs.  Would make a great shooter Winchester 75.                                   PRICE:    $825             We are Antique & Modern Firearms in Lexington, KY, dealer of fine firearms since 1974.                    PH. 859-276-1419         We Buy, Sell and Trade Firearms & Knives.    Have a Individual Firearm,  Firearms Collection, or Firearms Estate to sell, let us know, we can buy or consignment sell it for you.                      NOTE:  No additional Fee for Credit Card Purchases.
