These ...94AE (angle eject) straight stocked 444 are among the most sought after or the many guns we have. Unique in this respect: it has the dimensions of Winchesters ubiquteous and venerable 94 carbine one of the handiest woods carbines ever made and probably taken more game thank any other sporting rifle BUT with the improved features of the AE Angle Eject such that a scope may be added in the conventional position directly over the breech, additionally, the improved and strengthened (magnum) receiver allowing for modern potent chamberings ( 307, 356, 375 Win) and this the most powerful 444 Marlin creating a fast handling, light, pleasant to carry in a caliber capable o of handlng any game on the Continent and possibly the planet for those who prefer a lever.
This gun is belived to be unfired (no evidence of discharge) and not hunted or carried however a scope had been mounted and removed prior to it coming to us ...filler screws removed and missing..if we have some of the corret type will include them with the rifle when it ships. Increasingly rare and hard to come by New In Box. Like many of our other unique levers these will  never be made again.
