Winchester Model 94 Ranger in .30-30 Winchester Caliber Mfg. in 2000

Description: Manufactured in 2000, this Winchester Model 94 Ranger lever-action carbine is in excellent condition and appears to be unfired. Offered from 1985 to 2006, the Model 94 Ranger was offered in .30-30 caliber only with a 20" inch barrel and a un-checkered hardwood stock set. It is an angle-eject model and factory drilled and tapped, making the mounting of optics much easier and more solid than the straight top-eject models. The tubular magazine holds 6 rounds and it weighs 6.25 pounds. The Model 94 Ranger was popular model that quickly earned a reputation for being a quality lever gun at an affordable price point. This particular example is completely all-original, and the factory blue finish is in spectacular condition, rating 99%. The loading gate, bolt face, and bore show no evidence of ever being loaded or fired. The bore is prisitine and bright, still showing no pitting, erosion, or imperfections, and it still has sharp lands and grooves in the rifling. The factory original stock set is also in excellent condition. It is free from any cracks or repairs, and only shows some very minor handling/storage marks under close inspection. These marks do not detract any appreciable amount from the overall clean and attractive appearance of this Winchester. The original Winchester-branded factory buttplate is still in place and is also in excellent condition. Everything on this Ranger works 100% like the day it left the factory. All of the controls work as they were designed to, and the action is smooth and tight. If you have been looking for a nice lever action .30-30 carbine for your collection or to take to the woods deer hunting this year, this would be an excellent choice!
