Winchester ~ 62 A ~ .22 S,L,LR

Description:
Good condition overall but to a collector probably not so much. The metal-while currently in good shape save for some wear- has some evidence of having been reblued at some point in its life. The receiver looks to have lines one may usually associate with some sort of belt sander and the serial numbers on the receiver have had some of their definition removed. The serial number on the tang matches but as shown in the picture a previous owner scratched some sort of number above it. The furniture is either not original to the rifle or has been refinished. Sources indicate 1946 as the year of manufacture. If you're looking for a classic plinker this would certainly be in line; but as a collector there just seems to be too many "might haves". .22 Short/Long/Long Rifle

Wood Condition: Good.
Bore Condition: Excellent. Has healthy shine and rifling.
Barrels: 23" Blued round.
Triggers: Wide blued metal with smooth surface. Rifle can be slam fired.
Stock Dimensions:
Straight hardwood with a 13¼" LOP.
Fore End: Ribbed round hardwood.
Butt Pad: Black plastic plate.
Weight: 5lbs 8oz
Sights: Fixed front blade with elevation adjustable rear leaf.
