S/N 105559 was manufactured in 1896. Chambered in 40-82. The receiver has 98% bright case colors thinning on the high edges and around the bottom. turnbull re-case hardened but  used a bit since then, Definitely quality of an origjnal Winchester. All factory original blue finish , which has not been re-done, is consistent with colors so it looks amazing in near new condition. The 26" octogon barrel retains 90% of its original blue starting to turn plumb. The butt plate has silvered out. The wood appears to have been very , very lightly sanded but is still proud to the metal.and has the usual handling marks. Nice strong bore and perfect action. A georgous 1886 and antique so can ship right to your door. If you want a case colored 86 that looks almost new,  with perfect markings, so well done that it looks just like it left the factory and offered at a price that would make this both a show piece and a great shooter.
