WINCHESTER MODEL 1876 SRC - EXCELLENT EXAMPLE !
Description: Here a Excellent Example of a Winchester 1876 SRC ! Serial number 37,093. 45-75 Caliber. On these earlier 1876's they where only made in 45-75 caliber only ! so Winchester did not put the caliber markings on the these guns . Later in the production they added a 45-60 caliber that you could order , at that time they started putting the caliber markings on the guns . Very Low Production made Most went to Canada and Over Seas this is a American Shipped gun used and owned in America ! Most all of its original factory finish still remaining turning a very nice Blue Brown Patina! Lotsa Bright blue still remaining on Loading Gate and in protected areas. Lever , hammer and butt plate have traces of vivid case colors mostly a Smokey Patina. Comes with original Carbine Sights . Walnut stocks are untouched original with lite handling marks . Wood to metal fit is Excellent ! Gun has a Very nice shootable bore . Gun is in excellent working condition. Locks up tight ! Overall a Excellent Example of a very Collectible Winchester 1876 !
