Excellent Winchester Model 60 Boy's 22 Rifle With Rare Original Box and Short Barrel-to-frame

Serial #NSN, .22 S,L,LR, 23 inch barrel with an excellent bore. This is the Winchester Model 60 Boy's Rifle manufactured circa 1930-34 and has the desirable short barrel and come in the original colorful factory box which lists the price as $4.95. The depression era Boy's Rifle remains in excellent condition with the barrel and action showing 94-96% of the original blue finish having crisp markings with some scattered light use marks and some isolated freckles. The stainless bolt shows some larger spot freckling with the trigger guard retaining about 65-70% original blue finish. The stock is solid with scattered handling marks and the Winchester hard rubber butt plate rates about excellent. It comes in the correct original box for the late Model 59 which features bright and colorful graphics depicting a father and son shooting with the box describing it as a "Military Type / Bolt Action". A high condition Winchester in the very rarely encountered original box which retains bright excellent graphics having seam separation at the top side corners and a tear on the front side. A rare item for the Winchester collector. FFL or C&R
