Rare Matched Set Canadian Issue Only Saskatchewan and Alberta Diamond Jubilee 38-55 Rifles
Description: This is a rare matched set of Winchester Model 94 commemorative rifles, both caliber 38-55, both Canadian issue only and were not initially offered for sale in the United States. Each one is 1 of only 2700 manufactured. One is the Saskatchewan Diamond Jubilee and the other is the Alberta Diamond Jubilee. Both have serial #616 and differ only by the prefix "SDJ" and "ADJ" for each type of commemorative. Both rifles are as new, never fired, and don't appear to have had the actions cycled. Both have perfect boxes and sleeves and retain all of the original paperwork except the lever hang tags. Both of these rifles were purchased by the same person from Great Neck, NY on Long Island in 1992 from a gun shop in Michigan (see picture of sales receipt). These commemoratives are sky-rocketing in value since the closing of the New Haven plant about 12 years ago. If you are a Winchester collector, especially of commemoratives, you won't want to miss this opportunity to give these fine rifles a good home. Sold as a set only. No international sales.
