PECIAL ORDER WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 RIFLE IN 32 WS CALIBER

Description:
Special order Takedown rifle with 26 inch half octagon to round barrel chambered in 32 WS caliber and a good bright bore. Sights include a blade front with a Marble blank in the rear dovetail and a folding tang. Barrel is a plum/brown with some age freckling. Full length magazine tube retains about 50% blue with some toning. Receiver retains flashes of blue with the balance flaked and turning a plum/brown patina. Walnut stock and matching forearm with a rifle butt plate. Stock is proud to metal with scattered dings and impressions with some oil staining. Forearm shows some scattered impressions. Action is fine. This special order Winchester was manufactured in 1917.
