Winchester , 1894 saddle ring carbine 32 Special
Description:
Listing a little Winchester saddle ring carbine of mine , the model 1894 in what Winchester called the ( perfect ) cartridge back in 1901 when it came out. More suitable they said for Black Bear than the popular 30/30. This one has a shotgun style butt stock and Marbles rear sight. Nice wood and metal fit and good grain and metal finish survived its 95 year history .serial number 993892 dates it to 1926. Carbine has a nice bore and a great shooter. Winchester started chambering it's 2018 model 94's in the 32 Special cartridge. This little rifle has years of use left in it for hunting or collecting.I'm thinning my herd , so to speak, been a private collector all my life and now time to part company with my had to have pieces. Am asking $1200. shipped for this little carbine , simply because of its age and condition. This is about the end of the saddle ring era, by I think 1927 they started calling them the eastern carbine. Our Cowboys were using model A's and not horses so much. Heard that from an ole timer . I'd ship and insure it in lower 48 for $1040.cashiers check or postal money order. Three days to look at it , just don't shoot or dismantle it. any questions text or call 920-590-3400, thanks and have a fine day, must go to FFL or your C&R sold Darrell Price, Lenoir City, Tn
shipped FFL Global Pawn , same city
