Americas favorite deer rifle. The perfect hunting gun either on foot or from the saddle, lightweight, nimble, and fast to action the 94′ is simple, safe, and reliable. The Model 94 is the rifle most associated with the Winchester name; it has sold over 7,500,000 units and is often referred to as the “ultimate lever-action”. This Winchester Model 94, sn1719614, was manufactured in 1950. The 20” barrel has a bore that is a 9 out of 10 with crisp shiny rifling and chambering the .30-30 Winchester Special cartridge, the barrel and magazine retain 99% of its original factory blue with a few field marks here and there. The receiver shows 97% factory bluing with some natural fading at the bottom edges of the receiver – righteous wear at the carry point of the gun, the serial numbers are crisp and sharp, the screws are excellent. The furniture features the desirable long forend and appears to have been professionally re-stocked with a beautiful piece of figured walnut with fiddleback throughout- this wood is of higher grade than the standard for Winchester Model 94’s and has a satin finish, wood to metal fit is excellent.
