Description: CMP Service Grade Garand with a 24 inch round barrel chambered in 30-06 Springfield caliber with a bright shiny excellent bore. This rifle was made in 1944 and has a "SA 3 53" marked barrel. Parkerized finish with a walnut "CMP" marked stock that is in very good condition. Also comes with a new canvas sling.
