Winchester Model 1886 45-70

Description:
Offered is a Winchester Model 1886 in 45-70 caliber.  The guns serial number is 114177 giving a manufactured date of 1998.  Because it is classified as an Antique the gun does not require shipping to an FFL Dealer.  The gun is equipted with 26" round barrel and straight grained walnut stock and forend.  The wooden furniture is without any cracks or major chips and has only the normal handling marks and dings.  The bore is dark, but shows no pitting or corrosion.  The riflings are strong and clear.
Mechanically the gun has all parts and pieces and functions smoothly as designed.
The gun appears to have been renovated in a deep blue/black finish and all wood furniture has been redone.
This rifle would make an excellent shooter or hunting rifle.
