SN:74437. Special order 1873 with extra long barrel (30""). Manufactured in 1878. Metal has a brown and grey patina. Action works properly. Bore has strong rifling with pitting. Forearm has a chip and a crack that will need repair. Butt stock has a chip by tang. Butt plate is missing the cleaning rod door. Fair overall condition. An honest 1873 special order extra long rifle.
