Description:

Winchester 1873 .44 WCF caliber carbine. Manufactured in 1899. .44-40 caliber. Bore has good rifling and light to medium scattered pitting. Sounds worse than it is. Bore actually has some shininess. Markings are very good. Action works perfectly and smoothly. Some old 73’s are cranky to operate but this one is tight and smooth. Even patina overall, wood is good plus with no cracks or chips, just normal dings. This is a used but well cared for saddle ring carbine in .44-40 caliber.
