This is the finest '73 Musket I have seen yet! Very fine overall condition. Most of the muskets you see now days have the bluing on the receivers flaking off and light dings in the wood from shipping, not this one. 30 inch barrel has over 95% bright blue as does the receiver. Lever and hammer have a lot of case colors remaining as does the butt plate. Bore is bright and shiny. Wood shows very little wear, this gun wasn't used much, if at all. A real closet queen! This fine musket is as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. 44 WCF caliber. If you are looking for a high condition 1873 Musket for your collection... look no further!
