1st model 1873 is the collectors dream, especially in a SRC and in the condition we see here! 20k serial range and correct thumbprint dust cover. Early style carbine sights. Receiver has beautiful lustrous blue at about 70%+ on both sides slightly aging. Looks very nice. Bbl is a brown/blue with slight pin pricking towards the muzzle. Nice overall cond. Bore is shiny with good rifling. A couple of spots of scattered light pitting. Wood matches the rest as being very fine. Highly collectable Winchester!
