Here is a rather unusual all original Winchester.  A high condition 1873 in the scarcer 38-40 cal. with a good bore that has strong profile but some mild pitting - not enough to effect accuracy. It is not a deluxe - but has really special order really pretty deluxe fancy wood.  Also has a nice clesn originl  Winchester tang sight with dual reticule and pat. date.  Barrel blue is all there and surprisingly the butt plate has virtually all of the original finish. The receiver blue is about 80+ and honest shiny blue. The pictures tell 'the rest of the story'.  Action is crisp and snappy with no visible wear on the toggles or hand lever spring.  I give the traditional 3 day inspection and no license is required for purchase.
