Winchester 1873 Rifle 32" EXTRA LONG

Description:
This is an 1873 Winchester that we very seldom see, in that it is a large caliber 32" Extra Long Special Order rifle. It letters from the Winchester Musuem as a 38-40 caliber, cresent butt rifle with a full octagon, full magazine, and a 32" extra long (which has two barrel bands). As many special order rifles have, it has upgraded fancier wood, that would probably be considered 1 or 2 X. The action functions smoothly, and the barrel has a decent bore with clearly visible rifling. And it retains its original dust cover.
