Fancy deluxe 3X wood that is full and perfect fit everywhere - no cracks or repairs- completely original and NICE!!!! Case- colored frame that has nickled out with traces of original color in the protected areas - leaving a coin like finish. Action crisp and tight- cycles as new!! Nice, unmolested screws. Cody work sheet with the rifle. Serial# 98295A made in 1882. No caliber markings on Barrel or brass elevator as is correct for early 1873's under 100k serial number according to George Madis WINCHESTER BOOK.
