Description: 28 inch extra heavy barrel chambered in caliber 44-40. Original sights. Full length mag tube. Wood is in good condition with just handling mars. No splits or cracks. Rifle style buttplate. Overall metal is an aged grey color. Correct dust cover and nice functioning action with a set trigger. The heavy barrel measures about an inch across the muzzle. A very rare gun in pretty good condition. Comes complete with a Research Form from the Buffalo Bill Museum.
