Winchester 1st Model 1873 Saddle Ring Carbine SRC with Octagon Barrel

Description:
**** SOLD **** For Sale is a Winchester 1st Model 1873 Saddle Ring Carbine chambered in 44 WCF. This carbine, S/N: 20891, was received in the warehouse on August 24, 1878. The barrel was changed to Octagon on December 3, 1878 and was shipped December 17,1878. The blued finish is present, but shows some wear mainly on the receiver and edges of the barrel. The stocks fit nice and tight, show nice grain, and have no deep checks, cracks or scratches. Mechanically everything functions as it should. There is a factory letter that will accompany this rifle and more photos are available upon request.
