Description: Sold, Pending Funds Got a Winchester Model 1873 Musket with bayonet and cleaning rod. Winchester Model 1873 Musket 44-40 cal. Has a standard 30” rd barrel with original sights , excellent Winchester address , 44 cal marking, original 27” Magazine tube and 3 barrel bands. Buttplate is a carbine style and and adjustable musket rear sight. Bore looks good. The compartment in the buttplate has an original four cleaning rod and the rifle comes with an original socket bayonet with angular blade and sheath are included. Serial#370126B guessing manufactured in1890 This Rifle IS original NOT not a reproduction. The pictures show condition as best we can. We tried to get pictures of every flaw, mark, ding, makers mark or whatever we could find. We placed a tape measure on This came from the estate of an FFL/SOT Gun Smith, Gun Store that is out of business. This is or was inventory. The estate also was an avid collector of all types.
