Description:
On consignment we have a Winchester model 1873 lever action rifle in .38-40 Winchester. This is an 1892 manufactured rifle, and features a walnut stock and forend with crescent steel buttplate, steel receiver with sliding dustcover, and 24" octagon barrel with full length magazine tube, dovetailed front blade sight, and replacement rear sight. Metal finish is mostly mottled patina, stock is solid with no cracks or chips, action is functional, bore is very good for the vintage. Antique, no FFL required.
