Winchester Model 1873 Rifle 44-40

Description:
Winchester Model 1873 Lever Action Rifle 44-40 cal Bore near Exc, Mech Exc, Wood VG plus ,nice wood fits well to metal. Has a original 24” Rd barrel with original sights and excellent markings address and 44 cal marking.The receiver has the model 1873 marking on the top tang. The lower tang has the serial#188719 Mfg’d 1883. Has original butplate with compartment and has a dust cover . Metal overall has a fading original blue, brown patina finish bright blue in protected areas with traces of very fine pitting on the mag tube retainer. Very nice early 73 in great condition.
