Standard carbine configuration with 20 inch barrel and a full length magazine and carbine butt. This one is better than most as far as condition goes. Good traces of original blue remains in the protected areas with the balance turning a pleasant chocolate brown/ plum blue patina. Original sights include an "1873" marked ladder rear and a blade front. Original saddle ring. Walnut stocks are in good condition with the addition of an old Indian head penny on the left side of the stock. Crisp action and a shiny bore should make this a good shooter as well as a good collectable Winchester. Desirable SRC chambered in 44 WCF caliber that was made in 1892.
