Description:
20 inch round barrel carbine configuration chambered in the desirable 44 WCF caliber. Bore has good shine with visible rifling. Barrel and full length magazine tube are mostly a brown/gray. Sights include a barleycorn front and an "1873" marked ladder carbine rear. Receiver is a gray/brown color. Loading gate is a blue/gray. Hammer and lever are a brown patina. Smooth action. Walnut forearm and buttstock have some handling mars and show wear with a crack in the wrist on the right side and a carbine style buttplate. Manufactured in 1886. Should be a good Cowboy Action shooter.
