FINE 1873 WINCHESTER RIFLE IN 32 WCF
Description:
Very good looking 3rd Model 1873 with lots of original blue on the receiver and forend cap. Barrel and mag tube are dull blue fading into plum brown. Bore is good with strong rifling. May even be better with a good cleaning. Hammer still has ample case color remaining. Lever has some color in the protected areas. Buttplate has silvered out. Wood is VG, still being proud to the metal and most varnish remains except at the carry point at the rear of the forearm. Original sights. Crisp action. A very fine example of a .32 caliber 1873 rifle in all original condition. Made in 1888.
