Description:
22 inch barrel chambered in 40-60 WCF caliber with a casehardened frame. This is one of only 2 manufactured in this configuration. Nice bore. Original sights include blade front with a folding ladder carbine rear. Wood has been lightly cleaned. Correct carbine style buttplate. Receiver has about 90% bright case hardening remaining. Mechanics are crisp and tight. In my opinion the barrel was refinished a long time ago and retains most of that finish. Excellent looking hard to find Winchester that comes complete with a Factory Letter.
