Description: 20 inch octagon barrel chambered in 40-82 WCF caliber. Full length magazine. Fair bore that has visible rifling and needs a good cleaning. All metal surfaces are a gun metal gray patina. Sights include a German silver blade front and sporting rear. Very crisp action. Walnut stocks are in good condition with some minor handling mars. Rifle style buttplate. A good example of a hard to find 20 inch short rifle from 1893. Complete with an old research form verifying configuration.
