VERY RARE WINCHESTER 1886 EXTRA HEAVY BULL BARREL RIFLE IN CALIBER 45-90

Description:
26 inch octagon extra heavy barrel with Lyman Hunter ivory bead front sight and "1876" marked rear ladder sight. Bore is bright and shiny and would benefit from a good cleaning. About 50% original barrel blue turning a plum color remains and has sharp corners with excellent markings. Magazine tube is also about the same. Receiver has traces of case color with the balance turning a smokey grey color. Mechanics are excellent. Wood has typical handling mars. It appears to have a little extra lacquer on the forearm. You rarely see these bull barrels. Complete with a Letter of Authenticity.
