About Us: We are an “Old School” gun store with a vintage Western style. We do carry various modern pistols, revolvers and long guns. However, our specialty is vintage firearms including bolt action, lever action and semi automatic rifles. For example, we usually have at least two or three M-1 Garand rifles at any given moment. Other times we may have one or two Springfield 1903 rifles. Also in stock are a few dozen lever action rifles available in different calibers & barrel lengths. Lastly, we have a wide variety of Colt Single Action Army revolvers in different calibers and barrel lengths. (NOTE: we try & remove items from Guns International ASAP if they are sold through our retail location, but there may be a slight delay in doing so)
Winchester 1886 Take Down .33WCF
Description: Here we have another nice Winchester lever action rifle up for sale. This time it's a Winchester 1886 takedown model in .33 WCF caliber w/a 24" barrel. The serial number dates the manufacture to around 1920. A lot of times with an older rifle like this, the barrel bore is dark or there is some pitting, sometimes both. The bore is in good shape for a 100 year old rifle. Either the previous owner(s) didn't do much shooting with it, or cleaned it after every use. See pics for more details. We reserve the right to sell this item at our retail location until an offer is placed on Guns International. We accept major credit cards with a 4% surcharge. We will also take personal checks, however, we do not ship the item until your check clears our bank. Please allow us up to three business days to answer emails. Lately we have been very busy, and background checks are taking up to one hour in the afternoon to complete by phone. If you wish to purchase this item in the shop, please try to arrive before 11 AM.
