Winchester First year model 1886 45-90

Description:
Winchester model 1886 in 45-90 caliber.Built in 1886 according to the factory letter,this rifle has a 26" round barrel with a mint bore.It went into the warehouse on Dec.8,1886. The rifle has a crescent butt and very sound wood with no cracks or gouges.The metal has turned an overall smooth brown patina.The action is smooth and tight.This is a great gun to collect and shoot.Excellent condition for its age.Classified as an antique.
