LATE WINCHESTER MODEL 90 ROUND BARREL SLIDE ACTION RIFLE IN .22 WRF

Description:
At a glance this one looks like a late production model 62 with a 23 inch round barrel and late model 62 style flat bottom 17 groove forearm and matching buttstock finished off with black composite Winchester marked buttplate. A closer look shows by serial number it’s a late production model 90 with a rare 23 inch round barrel marked —MODEL 90— / —22 W.R.F.—. The barrel does not have the WP in oval proof mark but does have a P in oval proof mark indicating it’s a mail ordered parts barrel installed outside the factory. Sights include a Marbles Sheard front and a Marbles sporting rear. Conditions rates excellent overall as restored with the barrel and magazine showing near all re-blued finish. The receiver shows near all re-blued finish over very light residual pitting, The replacement stocks are solid and full fitting showing little wear and only light handling marks. Action is crisp and tight.
