THIS IS A VERY NICE MODEL 1890, IN .22 LONG, 2ND MODEL MADE IN 1906.....IT RETAINS QUITE A BIT OF ORIGINAL BLUE, I'D SAY ABOUT 70-80% OVERALL.......CLEAN SMOOTH METAL WITH NO PITTING OR RUST....BEAUTIFUL BUTTSTOCK, WITH VERY GOOD FOREND THAT HAS A NICK ON THE LEFT SIDE NEAR THE LOWER CORNER.....NO CRACKS, REPAIRS OR REFINISHING.....ALL MARKINGS ARE CLEAR, ORIGINAL SIGHTS, HAS A VERY GOOD BORE.....SHARP RIFLING, MOSTLY BRIGHT WITH SOME FROST....I'D RATE IT A 7/10....FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY ,VERY SHOOTABLE.....OVERALL, A NICE EARLY 1890 , C&R OK
