This Winchester Model 1890, chambered in .22 Long Rifle with a 24" octagon barrel, is a fine example of one of Winchester’s most iconic slide-action rimfire rifles. It features its original finish and is in very good condition considering its age. The bluing is well-preserved, showing some speckling along the barrel and receiver, but remains solid with a pleasing patina. The stock is in good condition, with typical handling marks throughout, consistent with regular use over its long history. Mechanically, the rifle is strong and reliable, with a very good bore and smooth action. A true collectible with vintage appeal, this Model 1890 would make a great addition to any Winchester or classic rimfire collection.
