Description: Winchester 1892 44 W.C.F. Registered 14" Barrel Trapper, 1910. If this gun could talk! It did NOT spend it's life in a gun safe. Paperwork from ATF has this rifle registered as a curio and relic and is legal to own. I would give the bore a 3 1/2 to 4 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best. It has rifling throughout the full length of the barrel with pitting and not shinny. I have the original paperwork from ATF. Lever, hammer, bolt, and trigger all work fine. 13 1/8" L.O.P. Butt stock has a fine crack by upper tang on left side. Forearm has fine crack by receiver on bottom of left side. These Trappers are rare and hard to find with proper paperwork. A must have for any Winchester collection. SOLD |
