This one is a Used, Winchester Model 1892 / Model 92 Rifle in 25-20/25 WCF Caliber; SN 364,4XX corresponds to ~1906 Date of Manufacture. It has a 24-Inch Round Barrel with moderate even pitting and quite decent rifling to make it a collectible shooter. All Mechanical Functions are Tight and Operational; Receiver Markings are Original, Correct and Legible; and it has a Vintage Quick-Adjustable Rear Sight for Elevation. Metal Finish is Patina on most of the Receiver and on the Crescent Steel Buttplate; with more Blue plus Patina on the Barrel. The Straight Grain Stock and Forend are Dark with Age & have a few nicks and dings after almost 120 years of service. Our non-expert/non-dealer estimate places this carbine at (approximately) 50 Percent Original Condition.
