WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 RIFLE IN 38 WCF CALIBER
Description:
24 inch octagon barrel chambered in 38 WCF caliber with a bright shiny bore that has good rifling. Sights include a German silver blade front and a sporting rear. Barrel and full length magazine tube retain most all thinning blue. Receiver also has most blue worn to a brown/gray at the carry point. Traces of case colors remain on the hammer and lever. Walnut stocks are overall good condition with several handling mars. Rifle style crescent buttplate has silvered out. Nice crisp functioning action. This Winchester was made in 1908.
