20 inch barrel chambered in the desirable 44 WCF caliber with an excellent bore that is bright and shiny with sound rifling. Full length magazine. Barrel and magazine show about 70% finish starting to tone brown with wear and handling marks. Sights include a replacement nickel silver pinned blade on the front and a folding ladder on the rear. Receiver shows about 60% finish with more blue on the flats and in protected areas with the balance a plum brown. Lever shows remnants of case coloring. Walnut stocks are solid and full fitting with only light handling marks. Carbine butt plate. It has London proof marks on the barrel, receiver and bolt. Manufactured in 1902. A good looking SRC in a desirable caliber.
